Baladez Construction Inc. guarantees the completion date of your new home. We will complete your home on time and as agreed in your fixed price contract or, we will pay for every day we run over.
We are aware of your eagerness to move in, and that monthly plans have already been made with the intention of getting you settled in. At times delays arise that are unforeseeable; this could be due to weather or local authority regulations for instance. We provide extra time allowances in these cases (known as EOTs), and by doing so we can give you an exact handover date.
