Daniel Baladez Sr.
Founder
Raised throughout Fort Bend County, Daniel’s connection to the communities he serves is deeply rooted.
His path into construction began early, working alongside his father and developing a respect for the discipline, craftsmanship, and responsibility the work requires.
He went on to build his first business shortly after his teenage years, specializing in sheetrock repair and painting, before expanding into full-scale residential construction. Over time, he led crews, managed complex projects, and refined a hands-on understanding of how homes are built the right way.
Today, with more than two decades of experience, Daniel leads with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and accountability. His strength lies in guiding projects from early planning through execution with a steady, informed approach that gives clients confidence at every stage. Beyond construction, his work is rooted in something deeper. A commitment to stewardship. To serving families well. And to building homes that are meant to last.
Daniel Baladez Jr.
Project Manager
Daniel Jr. plays a central role in carrying each project forward from planning into execution.
He oversees day-to-day construction, coordination, and progress on site, ensuring timelines, communication, and quality remain consistent throughout the build.
Following in his father’s footsteps, he brings a strong sense of responsibility and pride to the work, with a focus on continuing the standard that has been established over time.
For him, this is more than a role. It is part of building something that will extend beyond the present— a legacy grounded in discipline, growth, and family.
Emmahlyn Rosales
Creative Director of Custom Homes
Emmahlyn leads the creative direction behind each home, guiding design, selections, and overall vision.
She brings a natural ability to see a space before it is complete, helping clients move through decisions with clarity and confidence. Her role bridges design and construction, ensuring that what is envisioned is carried through with intention.
For her, the work is not simply about how a home looks. It is about how it feels. Each space is approached with care, detail, and a desire to create something that reflects the people who will live in it.
Her creative perspective, paired with a collaborative approach, allows each home to come together in a way that feels both refined and personal.
Diego Baladez
Estimator
As the youngest member of the Baladez team and part of a third-generation homebuilding legacy, Diego brings both perspective and responsibility to his role.
His passion for construction began early, shaped by watching how craftsmanship and consistency could transform a project over time. That foundation continues to guide the way he approaches his work today.
Diego leads the estimating process with a focus on clarity and precision, helping translate each homeowner’s vision into a defined scope and realistic investment. He has a natural ability to bring the numbers to life in a way that aligns with both the design and the client’s expectations.
He places a strong emphasis on respecting the homeowner’s time, ensuring each phase is approached efficiently without compromising quality.
